Refund policy

At Imaan Vouge, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not fully pleased, you may return or exchange eligible items under the terms below.

Eligibility for returns

• Returns are accepted within 11 working days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Items must be returned in resellable condition.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Custom-made, made-to-order or personalised pieces, including Atelier pieces reserved on request

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Exchange and refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original and return shipping fees.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at contact@imaanvouge.com with your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Additional information

We reserve the right to send an item back to you if it does not meet the conditions above. In that case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to you.
