Orders & payment

How do I know my order went through?
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

How can I pay?
Payments are processed securely at checkout, with cards, digital wallets and other popular payment methods.

Where can I find my invoice?
Your order confirmation email includes your order details. You can also log in to your account to view your order history.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Every clothing page has a size chart above the size options. Our T-shirts are cut to men's sizing — for a more fitted look, size down; for an oversized fit, stay with your true size. Unsure? Email us and we'll help.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery typically takes 3–4 working days in Ireland and 3–5 working days internationally, depending on your location.

How much is shipping?
Shipping within Ireland is always free. For international orders, shipping is free on orders over €190; orders under €190 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout based on your delivery location.

What about Atelier pieces?
Atelier pieces are made to order. Once you reserve a piece, we'll confirm the expected delivery date with you by email.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 11 working days of delivery. Items must be new and unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Is anything excluded?
Final sale or clearance items, and custom-made or personalised pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do refunds work?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are deducted from the refund. Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 working days.

How do I start a return?
